I am deeply sadden to know of unfortunate demise of Prof. Dr. (Col) A. Balasubramanian. It is an unreplaceable personal loss as my association with him goes long time back and we often used to discuss about the Institute and how things can be excelled in all sphere. In fact, during my last conversation, he shared some valuable inputs for my forthcoming book.

I am sure you all will take forward his legacy to even greater heights. My condolences.
