My heartfelt condolences to the family, faculty and all associates on the passing away of Dr. Bala. This is an irreparable loss and he leaves a big void in the field of education.
I do hope the Institute continues to work on the vision Dr. Bala gave and goes on to build an institution that he would be truly proud of.
